Windows 11 “We Can’t Sign In to Your Account” Error

I recently found that one of our user’s profiles was not found and causing a problem once logged in. These steps fixed the problem for me, so hopefully, it can be of use to other people!

Open “Regedit”

Locate the key

“HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList”

Find the affected user from the registry edit files.

Delete the registry entry folder for that user.

Reboot the device

The profile will be recreated on login again.
