For each command you will need to open Command Prompt as Administrator:
Enabling Netlogon Logging:
nltest /dbflag:0x2080ffff
Disabling Netlogon Logging:
nltest /dbflag:0x0
Where to find the logs?
You need to open netlogon.log. found at %SystemRoot%\Debug
